Message from the President

I am Richard Kratz, an Officer with Mooresville PD for eight years. I have taught  D.A.R.E. for six and a half years.  It has been an honor to attend Mentor training and join the NC training staff.  As Vice President my goal is to provide the most effective  program, support, and encouragement to the students of our schools.  To accomplish this task we must provide the best training, encouragement, and support to our Officers.
I am fortunate  to be happily married with four daughters and a grandson who all support my efforts to promote the mission of D.A.R.E.
